The rooms were comfy, clean and fubctional, though a bit small. The reception area had no working AC and it smelled like sewage.

Parking Staff. These guys charged me one night in one credit card and another night using another different credit card which was confusing. Will never come back.

View was nice. I asked for room service for the day while we were out in town and never got cleaned. They just turned the ac on and threw out the trash. Also never replenished the toilet paper and had to ask for more toilet paper and more towels. No ac in the lobby and also smells in the lobby since the eating area is in the same place. You get what you pay for. They didn’t clean the rooms daily.

I love shampoo and body wash It’s the only reason I always back. And I knew the hurricane damage a lot proprieties but the hotel was in perfect condition I felt save and my family loves the breakfast

Breakfast was very good! Room very dark, shower nice. Pool wasn't even in service. The beach is like 30 minutes away walking, walls are paper thin. Too expensive for what you get.
