I like that the staff was very professional and nice. I like that the inclusive package was useful. I was able to get the things I needed without having to go to an Oxxo or another store. I didn't like that the internet connection. The internet was so inconsistent. There would be times when the internet would work fine, then it wouldn't connect. There would be times I would be watching a movie on my phone or on the TV and the internet would go out for several minutes. This was very frustrating.

The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff is nice. It is noisy, you can hear people's breathing next door, and so on... Also they were remodeling 7 floors above us but the drilling woke me up before 9 am. You are not allowed to bring food and the hotel does not have a mini bar. I forgot over there a cheap toy, but nobody saw it, please be sure you do not leave ANYTHING because you will not see ever again, not even the cheapest item

Great view of the beautiful gulf of Acapulco and surrounding city. Located on the main beach, the weekends were incredibly uncomfortable with tons of people and children. Super Overcrowded weekend! Small rooms with cheap furniture. No washcloths! I’m completely positive housekeeping does not clean the cups and glasses in the room, but only rinses and wipes with a towel.

It has a great location, an amazing view, and helpful personnel. The shower was small and did not have much pressure. The gym is rather simple and more for cardio than weight lifting.

The location was fine, and the rooms were spacious. The view of the room was nice. There was no internet throughout my entire stay. This caused me huge problems since I needed to have some business calls, and I had no way to join the calls or communicate. The staff kept saying that some technician was checking the Antena, but nothing changed. The valet parking stole money that was inside my car. Parking is paid extra, but I had to park my car on the street one night because the entrance was packed with cars, and there wasn't anyone to pick up my keys. The rooms have a connecting door to another room, but they are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything that is happening in the next room as if they were right there with you. The swimming pool is too small and gets packed. Not worth the price i paid.

All good. There should be be more light bulbs and also a mirror in the room area (Mirror is only there in the bathroom area)

newly renovated, central to the bay of Acapulco large leak in the bathroom ceiling. Had to change rooms. My daughter got food poisoneing from the restaurant in site.

Excellent location, beach front, warm temperature controlled pool, new property, friendly staff, valet parking is convenient and flexible. Queue for breakfast was too long on Sunday, less activities for kids - would be great to have kids club or other activities to engage kids with staff supervision, limited number of sunbrellas at the beach we paid money to rent an umbrella and chairs as the ones provided by hotel are fully occupied.

No bucket for ice in the room.
