La ubicacion y las albercas las habitaciones muy bien y comodas sin ruidos para descansar en las noches Los huespedes algunos son muy mal educados no respetan camastros de alberca ocupados y quieren quedarselos a la mala. Y el hotel no tiene vigilancia al respecto para quejarse y que amonesten a estos malos huespedes

Staff was very nice. Location very good. Hotel is very adequate. The elevator capacity is not sufficient for the guest traffic.

Liked · Great value, people are amazing, the swimming pools are located next to the beach, multiple restaurants with great food (best pizza!), I would go right back!

Some of the staff was a little pushy on trying to sell us a membership which I didn't like.

I like the hotels location and the facilities. Easy access to the beach and I could use all the facilities without any problems. I also like the way they offer towels and chair in the beach I didn't like the hidden fees and the way the staff ask to get pay for extra when I remember the lobby personal told me it was already included but when I ask why they said it was only cover once and it was only when exiting. I didn't ask for anything they just did it and charge me for it. I also didn't like that they didn't accept fiscal money only credit or debit cards

The staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the Mexican restaurant that is open in the evenings and the wings at the sports bar. There was noise from nearby clubs, nothing really that the hotel can really do anything about.

The location of my room because the noise of the street was too loud and I couldn’t sleep very well. Noise of trucks and motorcycles all night long. The terrace door are very thin they need to do something.

Great location and pool. Food on site was good and staff was accommodating. Oh the noise! Our room had an amazing view of the pool and water. AND so much evening and night noise from below. Eventually I used a white noise app on my phone to drown it out to sleep.
