This hotel was clean, comfortable, safe, and a great budget option. It is a basic hotel and features clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a nice pool. I was in need of a one night stay for business, and was not interested in the beach for this trip. I was able to walk to the Costera Bus Station in 10 minutes, this was very handy. There is a large grocery store Bodega Aurrera a few blocks away, and several good budget restaurants in the area. There air conditioning was excellent, the room was very clean, the wi-fi, and television all worked great and was new gear. Hot water was nice and worked fine. This hotel was a great budget option for my visit to the US Consulate, I walked from the bus station to the Consulate, had my meeting and walked to the hotel, and back to the bus the next day. It would be perfect if you arrived late on the bus and did not want to spend a bunch of money for your first night in town and did not need to be on the beach. Sometimes the basics are all you need!

Literally everything, it isn't even well painted, plus the stairs seemed quite oxidated. Very little privacy, the curtains were very bad and almost transparent

Though not fancy by any means, the place and the swimming pool was super clean and the air conditioner worked great. The staff super nice. Good safe parking. Pet friendly. No hot water (lukewarm at best but tolerable). The beds only had sheets and pillow cases but luckily I had a blanket in my car. They might have gotten me one if I asked but since I had one was no issue.
