Some of the staff was great. The greeters and the helpers to your room. They were amazing. The reception desk. My mother is elderly she is 79yrs old and use some of the time a transportation wheel chair. She can walk and don't have a problem walking. We use it just to transportation. There was a lot of families that arrived at the same time and where able to check in before noon. I went to check with the reception area 3 times and they said the room was not ready. I went at 3pm to check in and one of the man in the reception area to for ever to check me in. He said wait a minute so he can be in his cellphone so unprofessional. After he got off his cellphone he got on the walkie talky radio to ask if 2 rooms were ready and the housekeeper said no. He than said we would have to wait until 4pm to check in. Please know I arrived to the hotel close to 10am and to check in after 4pm was not acceptable. I ask why we have to wait so long when so many people that came aroubd the same time as we did and people that came fter we did already checked in. He said well you have a wheel chair so we are waiting on those rings to accommodate you. I said we don't need wheel chair accommodations just because we have a chair don't mean we need one . My mother walks why assume and not ask if we need one or five is that option. Checking in was very annoying and left a negative impact. They should've asked and not assumed. I didn't appreciate that one staff that was rude and gave us an attitude. I was so mad that I grabbed my stuff and went straight to the room. This was the bad experience checking in and your staff assuming wrong as opposed asking.

The Wi-Fi was working well There were so many negative points about this “resort” and our stay, and even though I never write bad reviews, this one is a must to help other travelers choose wisely. I do NOT recommend this place at all. My family and I arrived at the property on a Friday evening at 10:30pm super hungry after 6 hours of traveling. There were NO food options available at an “all-inclusive” property at this time. We had to order delivery and spend extra money, and when it arrived the staff complained that we were eating at the lobby bar, which I was pissed since the hotel didn’t have any food option to begin with and I was not going to have food smell in my room. When we got to the room, the AC was not working properly and half of it was broken. The room was extremely hot, and they brought a fan to help us sleep through the night before changing us to a smaller and worse room the next day, making us loose a day of our short vacation with all the room changes. Only to change us later to a better option. The main pool was disgusting filled with bugs and even though I complained several times, it was never properly cleaned. Lastly the food and drinks were horrible. No matter which restaurant we tried, the food was extremely low quality and they basically served leftovers over and over again. It was so terrible that my mom got food poisoning on the second day and could not eat nor enjoy the vacation. The drinks were basically the cheapest quality and terrible options for alcohol-free drinks. Would not recommend this resort to my worst enemy. Please go somewhere else if you want to have a good family time vacation.
