The staff were helpful and polite, offering many recommendations for activities and dining outside the hotel. The hotel is run down and in dire need of improvements. For the price there are many other options available that are nicer. I think the "star" rating system on this property was misleading when I was researching destinations in Acapulco. The dining options were not great, we ate breakfast and a few snacks from the bar, every other meal was sourced outside the hotel. I visited the other 2 properties owned by this company, there are 3 total within a short distance. The price of the other properties were higher and after experiencing their amenities and food, I wouldn't return.

Pool staff bruno, jose and antelma at front desk outstanding as well as adan bellboy Food in restaurants totally average nothing outstanding, housekeeping basically just does the beds , they didnt even forgot two days to leave coffee The breakfast the last 2 days terrible all juices watered out
