The views, the pool and the room was very nice. The lifts were an absolut disaster. They were disconnected which meant that we were stopping at every floor because everyone was pressing the same buttons and we were stuck in a lift with no AC. One of the lifts was dodgy and it kept trying to close the door without actually closing. The bathroom was clogged when we arrived and the soap dispensers were not working well. We understand that the Otis devastated the city but for a four star hotel we were disappointed.

The view to the ocean. The kindness of the service people. In front of the beach The elevators were not working properly and too crowed. The Restaurant La Chula to crowed and had to wait more than 20 minutes to seat for Breakfast. The check in line took also 30 minutes.
