Friendly staff, clean property, The location, it was too far away from the city so we had to keep paying taxis to be able to get to tourist spots, also the neighborhood is too noisy at night.

It was very nice. Close to the beach and excellent staff.
-
The staff and the infrastructure is pretty good I need to ask for towels and for toilet paper

This is such a hidden gem! The whole property is gorgeous and super safe. I was a solo female traveling by herself and I'm so grateful I stayed here. Right in between the main road and the beach, about a minute walk each way. Next door is a convenience store. Wonderful!

the building has plumbing that can be heard from other room activity 24 hrs a day so if you are sleeping and someone next door goes to the bathroom and flushes the toilet at 3am, you are going to hear it like it is in your room. This is my only complaint. Children can be loud in the pool on a regular basis. I would prefer to not hear this. Road noise can be loud also. Its still a wonderful hotel and great morning coffee. Staff are great and helpful.

Monyoli exceeded my expectations . It is a delightful boutique hotel with approximately 8 rooms for a personalised stay . My room was huge & clean with thoughtful bonus products such as medicines for skin irritations (which I had due to numerous insect bites from the outdoor conference I was here to attend ).The pool area was great , comfortable chairs and lounges to do some serious chilling out . There was a small outdoor kitchenette for guests with a communal fridge ( also a bar fridge in the rooms ) and basic kitchen equipment . The staff were brilliant and eager to help to make my stay memorable . Location exceptional , a 2 min walk to the beach / restaurants and a 10 min walk to the conference. There were beers and soft drinks for purchase poolside and a basic coffee/tea/juice & toast available in the morning. There is nothing I can fault . Everything was great

Adorable hotel the way it was decorated attention to detail etc.

Amazing location, decoration, pool. There was no complain about facilities. All the opposite, they were great, nice decoration, comfortable and clean. But dishes forks and knives were not enough in kitchen, dishes were very old and not so clean. Sponge for washing dishes was very old and dirty. The hotel should replace fecuently all of them for a better experience in kitchen.

The only thing I liked was the decoration. However the 6 days that I stayed were horrible their water and light got cut off . The staff was rude and stingy about giving clean towels. Given that I was vacationing with my husband and 2 yo daughter the staff would only give us 2 towels per day and would get mad if we asked for more . The hotel was under construction while we were there . While my family and I were in the pool chips of wood would fall into the pool and the smell of gasoline killed the ambiance. It ruined my stay given that it was not cheap to stay . The hotel was in a sketchy area and the hotel lacked parking. The staff would bicker amongst themselves because they had unequal work. At the end they had me do a survey where I addressed all my concerns and I realized that the didn’t do the welcoming tour with the mezcal drink and they also failed to provide the WIFI password. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed the laced hospitality. Throughout the 6 days that I stayed were horrible their water and light got cut off . Always clean. Staff great. Didn't like no hangers or closet in room. Breakfast could use fruit added. Someone on staff who speaks English would be nice. Loud children in pool made me leave. Shower products were not labeled so didn't know what was what. Expensive.

The property is beautiful! The grounds are perfectly manicured, the pools are spectacular and all the little spaces in between makes you feel like your are living in paradise. I liked EVERYTHING!

Loud children in pool.l during day. May b serve some fruit in mornings. Closet had no hangers and if they did couldn't reach up high. Shampoo wasn't labelled or positioned on rack so didn't know which was soap etc.. Towels are clean but dried rough-could be softer? Street room was car noisy n shutters were open from outside only so questionable privacy at night.

everything at first, I needed someone who could speak english because I encountered problems with my cell phone not working. The staff were very gracious and worked with me. There is a internet website where you can translate languages to communicate better. It saved the day! I'm just going to brush up on my spanish for next time.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Only coffee and juice and a few crisp breads ...

Our room and the hotel is a beautifully unique gem right in the middle of Playa la Bonfil. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. While not expected, the staff speaks very little, to no English at all. So make sure you have a translation app handy when staying here. The room and facilities were wonderful and I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Bonfil is about 20-30 minutes from the main downtown of Acapulco.
