Nothing else than the location!!! The place is disgusting!!! Filty, old furtinure, old tv, towels are so old, you can see through, towel are old and with wholes. The pictures you see are nothing close to reality.

This place is worst for the amount of money I spend. Towels don't even look a like. A mopper in cleaner than this once. Bed are horrible dirty and smells awful. Electrical outs hanging from wall. I was traveling with kids

The two swimming pools and hot tub were very nice. The bed was comfortable. Room size larger than expected. Maid service was more than adequate. Staff, although limited to speaking Spanish only, were very nice and went out of their way to help. The advertised "air-conditioning" is central air (not independent in room air conditioning), controlled by management. Moreover, the air-conditioning was less than adequate. Even with all blinds closed the room was still uncomfortably warm. The noise level from the longe downstairs was as if my 5th floor room was right in the longe. The television was an d box set with only 4 channels and the remote did not work correctly.
