Breakfast was great, dinner/lunch options varied and staff was great. No wifi in the rooms and very bad in designated areas like lobby where it was supposed to work. Towels were old and looked very dirty with stains. They carried additional money for the stay uoon arrival that was not for hold but for taxes n services for the stay per the reception. Very disappointing to not have our online paid reservation price honored. Would like to have the differeference paid refunded. Elevators were not working and had to take the stairs from the 7th floor with an over 60 year old lady. Pool was dirty as well.

all inclusive, food and drinks were good and also theme night on the beach you have included 2 chairs and one ombrella there are no beds and if you want a table to eat you have to pay extra. It was really uncomfortable

Wonderful staff who will always help in solving issues. The service in the restaurant is beyond praise! A wide selection of delicious food and drinks. There is a lot of greenery and landscaping. Clean, comfortable, and cozy hotel. I would like to note that living in a villa is more comfortable than in a simple hotel room.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, despite being an old hotel the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is quite good, the beach club is very close 8min walk from the hotel and like the staff is extremely friendly, it has a lot potential for improvement It is an old hotel with potential, all the furniture is old, the elevator has even a hole, it was 95% full, the public is very popular and the employees do not take care that people are humanly clean, the pool looks like a soup of people and they do not have a divided area for children and adults, so they enter the pool with a diaper and everything

This place is more for families that are just trying to get away and stay in the hotel. This place is not neat the beach but they do offer rides to it. If you’re the younger crowd trying to have fun like my friends and I were. This is not the place for you. The hotel is out dated
