Bays Luxury Lodge

The venue of the apartment is ideally located not far from Shoprite Super Market, La Wakiki Store, Restaurants and others.

Breakfast was timely and delicious. Customer service was excellent and always available for questions. I would definitely stay at this property again. It was a very nice experience. The water pressure would go out from time to time but front desk was always available to immediately address the situation.

The bed and spacious room was the only thing that was like for this stay. The staff was not on call 24/7 I had to call and wake the guy up. He never gave his name. The room said comes with minibar but only 4 bottles of water in the refrigerator. And had to pay for the rest of the water throughout the 3 day stay. The said HAPPY HOUR was only on a certain day during the MONTH. No slippers in the room. Free breakfast took hours to get when it's supposed to be at 8:00am. No one at front desk to answer questions when needed.

My parents stayed a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. They mentioned that everything was clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. As an elderly couple, their needs were well attended to. They had a great room location, and the staff were extremely helpful, humble, and always ready to assist. I also coordinated with the host via WhatsApp, and everyone was really kind and responsive. A special shout out to Nana, Grace, and Benjamin, thank you so much for your support; you are truly an asset!

Nana and Mercy were very helpful right from check in to checkout taking care of all my needs. Nana went above and beyond with her recommendations as well as arrange a cab for me to travel to Togo the next day. The location was excellent, being waling distance to the Junction Mall ! Nothing

My stay was pure bliss. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cozy and clean environment, top-notch services and fantastic amenities. Big shout out to Mercy, Winnie and Isaac, in fact, all staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again.

The serenity was wonderful. The staffs are excellent. The receptionist went out of her way on one occasion to ensure I get, what i wanted to eat, although it was not their usual food in the breakfast menu. The staffs were very prompt to address any complaint or concern from me. The staffs are excellent.

I didn't like that the TV could not connect to the WiFi and that was super stressful. Their AC remote got missing and they blamed me the customer for it.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and overall it was a pleasant stay for my one night stay. I would recommend Bays Lodge to anyone looking for clean and comfortable accommodations. The price was also very reasonable. The only thing that I didn't like was a hum noise, perhaps it came from someone using the air conditioner during the night.
