Great place customer service was excellent from check-in to check out the food was amazing my only complaint was Uber late at night is hard to get to bring you back but the hotel did have shuttle and taxi available overall I would definitely stay again and the view are beautiful the space is great for weddings or conferences

Nothing much around and very slow road to hotel. Food tasted ok but very slow. Got sick from second meal. They also seemed to allow someone (or people?) into the hotel grounds asking for ‘massages’. Not what I came for and would not return to this property for sure.

I liked the location on a beautiful stretch of beach with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The room was very comfortable too. The temperature controls were perfect. We also loved the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding as well. All of the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The live band playing music was a nice touch. They are really good and their music is uplifting. I especially enjoyed the set at Sunday Brunch. Nothing that I can think of.

The surrounding businesses play music ALL NIGHT LONG! The bathroom was always hot because the window remained open for ventilation.

They kindly offered a free shuttle service to pick me up from airport. Most of the staff is helpful. I was lucky to be checking out on Sunday and there was a brunch, I would recommend that it was 300cedis and there was delicious local food range. The chef was very good and answered my all silly questions. Apparently, 14th of Feb is a big thing in Ghana. The hotel was fully booked and when I arrived on 15th, they made me wait 1 hour to check me in in the afternoon. I was there only for night so not being able to start my stay was annoying in the heat. Even though they offered me free shuttle, they did not offer a free shuttle back to airport and arranged a taxi for 300 cedis. I think this is a way of getting extra money from tourist, because bolt app was showing 75-125 cedis for the taxi but they make you think it is not safe. There was weird vibes when I questioned the unavailability on shuttle on the time I requested because I was flexible and saying that I can go earlier or late but they went speaking their mother language between each other which is not nice.

The welcoming nature of every member of staff and their sensitivity to depict your needs at every given time. I only had one encounter. I placed an order for dinner and it took regular calls from me to check and confirm if the order was ready. It took over two hours. That's not good enough. Even when I went to pick the order up, they could not even apologize for the delay. Despite the AC, we sweated profusely. I think the ACs efficiency should be checked periodically.

Comfortable beds Where do I even start?! Sunloungers broken, cushions on the outside chairs burst, one single towel in the room, very loud music all day at the pool, booked 2 rooms that couldn’t have been further away from each other & apparently this couldn’t be changed despite the hotel being fairly empty. Half the food on the menu unavailable. “ Beach” filthy. In need of a serious upgrade. Don’t charge for quality service if you’re not willing to invest in the service & accomodation.
