Breakfast buffet was OK, but not as good as some places in similar price range.

Breakfast was not rich. The Menu was so minimal. There is need to add a few dishes. There is still a need to improve the rooms. The exterior is so fancy but the rooms do not match the building when you observe its exterior in the pictures. The facilities are very much aligned with events. Indeed it is a quiet place and relevant for meetings.

N/A I was disappointed. Got to the airport after flying from Kenya for 5 and half hours expecting an airport pickup. There was none there, so I called the property at 15:11. The receptionist or the lady who picked the call told me I don't have a reservation there and my name is not on their list for the day and they are not coming to pick me up. I spent quite a while at the airport because I don't stay in Accra trying on Google and getting other facilities with phone numbers to call before I got another place to go. Disappointed at the site because I couldn't get what I wanted. And at the facility expecting that if they didn't keep my reservation, they should have at least told me rather than letting me find it out the hard way.
