We stayed in this hotel 3 times since January 2024. It's a beautiful place. All employees are always very nice and helpful.

Most of my rating for this hotel goes to the great and friendly staff. They do a great job running everything day to day, from the friendly folks at reception to the cleaning staff to the food from the kitchen (small selection but everything I got tasted great except the barely cooked fried beef). I honestly felt like I was home in a way, not a perfect home but it was comfortable mainly due to the people and the clean sheets helped too. Location is also great, quiet but 10 mins walk away from restaurants, lounges, grocery... The room I stayed in itself had a lot of issues, not sure if that's just my room. The doors were a hassle to open, the plumbing is really bad i.e. loud groans almost anytime you flush or open the sputtering tap, AC unit kept making crackling sounds, the water heater didn't work at all, bed was springy, everything else was starting to show some wear and tear. It was also extremely annoying that the TV has like 3 channels and each is a chosen TV channel from the full cable tv package. Nothing wrong with this but they kept changing the channels, sometimes as bad as every 10 minutes.

TV channels The staff were nice and engaging, in particular Francois. The showers were good, with a strong spray and hot water - although I wasn't bothered about the latter. Plus, the sinks have plugs - which isn't the case in some other moderate priced hotels. Also, it was in a very quiet area, apart from about dawn where a lot of loud talking (I think in a nearby building site) was a pain. From about dawn there was a lot of loud talking (I think in a nearby building site) which was a pain. It's not clear from the information sellotaped on the reception counter what the free breakfast arrangements are. These need to be much clearer and posted in the rooms themselves. I spent 5 nights at the hotel, and got phone calls to my room between 7.30 and 8.30 from the kitchen asking what I wanted for breakfast. I understood there was an option between omelette & toast, and oat porridge, with instant Nescafé coffee.. It was later clarified that the free breakfast is the omelette &: toast (no butter) and coffee. Oat porridge is extra/chargeable. Apart from the confusion on the content of the free breakfast, that only omelette, toast and coffee might be ok for one or two nights but became a chore/drag after five nights.. Plus, no fruit was available. The hotel needs to review its free and extra/chargeable breakfast content, and the way this is communicated to customers. The TV in the bedroom only had 4/5.channels: one US movie channel, one showing AFCON games, and another with English Premier League. The choice of channels seemed very slim.

great customer service. Next time I come to Ghana, I will definitely be staying here the whole time. The towels that were already placed in the room were a little hard. But the front desk have no problem, giving me another towel.
