Washbasin didn't empty. Couldn't turn airco off. Had to ask reception how to use the shower, we had no idea how it worked.

That the bathrooms smelled of sewer. I tried to pour water in sink and bathtub to no effect. Probably a broken seal or broken pipe somewhere but they shouldnt let guests in to rooms if they have this problem...

Fantastic breakfast – both content and logistics Assortment in the service automat. Would be nice with a sandwich.

The hotel was overall very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also convenient. At night the heating system made a loud continuous noise, which slightly affected sleep. In addition, on the evening another guest accidentally triggered the fire alarm, so everyone had to temporarily go downstairs until the firefighters arrived. These were external factors, but they did affect the comfort a bit.

Really Good breakfast, good location for me, Really good price. Comfortable bed and pillow. Quite big room and bathroom. Kettle is availalbe in room with coffee and tea options.

Great location near public transit and free parking. The bed was so soft and uncomfortable. The shower is hard to get in and out of because it's raised from the ground and you could easily slip if not careful. The water did not drain well. It was mostly quiet but the hosts started drilling outside our door before 8 am.

Super pet friendly, we could take our dog to the breakfast room, spacious room. Cleaning was not the best. TV remote control was very dusty and bathroom toilet paper support apart the ventilation.
