Property was in a nice neighborhood. It was well connected with the city center. There was a kettle in the room. After housekeeping cleaned my room, I noticed that my phone charger was gone. I realized that after I checked out. I contacted the property via booking to complain, however I didn’t get any answer.

Friendly staff Bottles under the bed Pillow was not supporting my head and we found alcoholic beverages under the mattress

Amazing service and incredibly kind when i was stuck in the hotel with a bad cold. Also, the cutest breakfast toppings for bread i have ever seen! Took a while to get warm water from the shower.

The staff were ready on service. No elevator. Narrow wooden stairs. There is no air coming in the room. No ventilation/extraction system in the room nor the bathroom. The trash can in bathroom was full from early customer. General quality of handles, doors, cupboards, TV holder, poor quality and standards. Asking reception for a bottle of water for the room, you will be sent to Despar in the Tankstelle across the street to buy one. Breakfast is not worthed 11euro.
