Villa delle Palme

The property is wonderful. The apartments are located inside a gorgeous garden that extends on multiple levels. The pool is large and very well kept. The apartment itself is more than adequate and the staff is very kind and helpful. The refrigerator had a leak so we found a small lake on the floor.

Pool and chalets were lovely , bit of a walk to acitrezza but not a problem if your happy ro walk . Local taxi company were good cab use through whats app so can use Google translate. Owner can give you this on arrival .

Very nice garden with big swimming pool - that's the best part of this place. Rooms were spacious, but furniture was a bit old. It was clean in whole Villa's area (pool & parking etc.)- they took care of it every day but the room wasn't cleaned enough. We spend there very nice time.

Exceptional

Cinzia is a great host. She was very welcoming even though we arrived late. She was very helpful and communication was very good. The accommodation was very clean, and was maintained that way throughout our stay by very diligent staff. It was a quiet and relaxing resort during the last week of June. Even though it was over 30 degrees outside, the apartment felt cool enough and didn't feel the need to switch on the AC. Very comfy and large double bed. The pool area is very charming, large pool, good sun beds and nice landscaping. You probably need a car, but everything you need is a 5 min drive away. We also found this to be a great base to explore the whole of the East coast. Not much to fault, really, just that the WiFi was a bit unreliable at times.

Pool aria was the only good thing we sow. Was dirty, bad smelling, i sow someones hair in the shower. Discusting!

Exceptional

The place is pretty. The accommodation has a retro look (high ceiling) that we appreciate. The place around the pool is a quiet oasis. It is a good choice to go around with a car, either to Etna or to the sea shore. The surrounding of the villa is not pedestrian-friendly. Going to the seashore on foot was not a good idea. The vehicles on the SS114 road are fast and there is no easy pedestrian path to the nice Acitrezza seashore with Isole dei Ciclopi.

The staff welcomed us very friendly also it was late in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped. The place was so beautiful quiet and the view to the sea was amazing.

Great location, pool was nice, had its own washing machine, self catering apartment, the staff spoke goodEnglish and was very helpful, Wi-Fi was excellent. No drinking water, no coffee, no food, a bit run down.

the Green area the location

The rooms were lovely and spacious and the pool was amazing, beautiful setting and views of Etna/The sea. The local area is good with the restaurants about 15 min walk/5 min drive away in Aci Terezza and Capo Mulini. Each apartment is well equipped with sink/kettle, cleaning supplies etc. Only complaints the wifi didn't stretch to some fo the rooms but I wanted to disconnect anyway! The shower in the Studio apartment was amazing but left a bit to be desired in one of the 2 bed apartments, very small things when considering how great our stay was. we will definitely be returning!

Wonderful and quite place with a fantastic swimming pool!

Our small apartment was surrounded by a beautiful garden. Palm trees, lemons, a pool in a quiet location - that's all it takes to relax for 2 days. Cinzia was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks again ?

The whole area was well maintained. The room had everything we needed and was overall clean. We got a warm welcoming from the host with lots of advice where to go and what to do in the area.

The pool area is fantastic surrounded by greenery and beauty. So we where a group of 7 and I booked the Deluxe Apartment and then after a few weeks she called me and said that is no longer available and then she asked if I would accept 2 apartments ON TOP OF EACH OTHER with a view and I accepted. When we arrived at the hotel she gave me a room in a hole with NO VIEW and the other family an apartment which had a view but it was like an attic with electric cables all over the place with NO SAFTY . After I put all the clothes in the wardrobe and settled everything my daughter went to take a shower after she took a shower the shower was flooded with water!! Then fridge doesn't work , the TV with no signal and the lock of the room doesn't work. Then I called her and she sent her father to fix the problem himself when he arrived he told us that WE broke the lock and the TV wasn't his and the shower was going to be fixed. By the way we didn't even lock the door once!! Then after he was a gentleman and gave us another room immediately and this room was very modern!! Then my child her 2 friends came in 3 days after us and when they arrived around 8 in the morning they supposed to get their room but she gave it to them at 6pm!! But after she gave them the room I had before which was broken and not convenient but then she told me that everything was fixed thee shower, the fridge and the lock. And I accepted. But then I realized what she did she traded our apartment to rent it to someone else to earn more money and then she gave me that room which nothing was working so they only care of money not residents. And on the last day of our holiday I sent her a message and told her do I put the room keys she told me put them in the mail box and when the kids where swimming in the pool her father was saying good morning to everyone but not to us WHAT A SAVAGE!! I've booked on booking.com plenty of times but this never happened to me. DEFINTLEY NOT COMING HERE AGAIN!! ( NOT RECOMENNDED)
