We have an issue with water supply in our room it was absent and when I turned to the reception woman to understand when the issue could be resolved, she was so unpleasant to give any information regarding this issue.

Parking outside the room. Minimal but functional and comfortable. The hotel was surrounded by a very interesting, pretty garden. Walking distance to an authentic pizzeria. The grounds were very nice but the location of the hotel was in a little bit of a weird place down a rough road off the highway.

parking was very good car was parked outside door and safe. check in and check out was very efficient though getting from check in to room was complicated and we had to drive there at night. reaching the hotel was not nice at night even with GPS. breakfast was good but very noisy and lots of people queueing for example for coffee. room was very basic with shower within bedroom and windows cannot be opened due to people smoking outside as our room was on the road. will not go there again.

Parking! Definitely! You just drive in and park outside your room! What else can you desire when travelling by car? Sweet place, quiet and comfy enough for a quick stay. Shower! Glass sheet into the room. What if I were travelling with my kids? So awkward! Shower and bathroom facilities could have easily been enclosed into one room....so why design the room with an open shower cubicle? Silly design. When making your booking, if this bothers you, make sure that you ask for an enclosed bathroom .... I believe some rooms do have closed bathrooms.

The room was clean, although it could use a fresh coat of paint and some renovation. The breakfast area was absolutely not up to the standard of an Ibis Styles hotel. It was quite dirty. Food was left on uncovered plates, and the lemons and oranges were moldy. The area around the coffee machine was disastrously messy. Overall, this was the worst Ibis I have ever stayed in. Even Ibis Budget hotels in Germany are at a higher level than this one.

They should really replace the old noisy beds. And stop advertising for "mountain view" when the only view is the parking, a wall and some bushes.

The parking is infront thw room it is very comfortable ? If there’s a restaurant for dinner it would be more comfortable. And the breakfast area is a bit small.
