Clean, great location for old town restaurants and churches, wonderful freshly prepared breakfast on the patio overlooking the city, wonderful staff, warm & hospitable. Difficult to find, parking on the street only (it is, after all, in the old city center) - but well worth the effort to get there.

Location very close to the city center, room was nice and very clean. The host helped with all the questions we had, very friendly.

Position, 120m from town centre, supermarket around the corner , suite presentation, our suite had a lovely balcony security- access to property restricted, lovely host....also aircon worked well. No negatives to speak of.

Had a lovely stay at Riflessi Palace Suites! We were able to check in a few hours early which we were super thankful for having travelled early in the morning! The room was clean and modern, the bathroom was massive! Staff were very helpful! Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with fruit and cake! Overall really great stay! Nothing

Excellent location, clean and big apartment. There are two parking spaces reserved for people that stay in accommodation. It was really great in this area, calm, it’s not noisy and center is just 5 mins walk from location.

Staff was exceptional and the place is wonderfully renovated.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. As were the other suites our family stayed in. The Riflessi is conveniently a 5 minute walk from the centre of town for bars and restaurants and about a 25/30 minutes walk from the train station. Rina, our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have found a better place to stay and look forward to being able to return. I would definitely recommend a Sicilian breakfast. There is nothing wrong with cake for the first meal of the day ! I couldn't fault the Riflessi

This accommodation is finished to a very high standard. A substantial breakfast was served on the terrace. There is a large lift which we found very useful and the accommodation is only 5 minute walk to the centre.

Hands down, the nicest suite/hotel I've stayed at in Italy. Situated in an ancient palazzo right in the historic centre of Acireale, it's been renovated to be modern, tasteful and comfortable. All the details are amazing. The suite is also huge, I wish I'd stayed longer. Rina, the owner, cooked me a huge and delicious breakfast according to my tastes and she also helped me book a taxi when I left.

Hotel is very clean, good breakfast with wonderful staff. Location is good, very close to the main square.

Perfect location, stunning design and wonderful host. The hotel is at 2 min from the main pedestrian road and main sights. We found a parking (free) in the road, just in front of the entrance. The rooms are on the first and second floor ( with lift) of a renovated building. All rooms are different but have an equal great mix of old structure (high, decorated ceilings) and elements of modern and very tasteful design such as in the bathroom and the lights. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with fresh fruit, yogurt cereal, fresh juice, ham & cheese and a memorable granita & brioche. The host advised us on restaurants and kindly gave us an upgrade so that both parties of our group could be on the same floor. We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended nothing!

Rina was absolutely amazing and very helpful with any queries we had, she was able to help with travel to and from the airport. The property was beautiful and close to amenities nearby. A fabulous stay!

Excellent choice, great hospitality! Very clean and spacious with elegant design and a sense of luxury. We loved our 2-night stay and especially the brioche con granita for breakfast. It’s easy to find a parking spot near by and it’s only 2-3’ walking to the city centre and the best restaurants. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

I had beautiful and spacious room with great bathroom. I also had small balcony. No kitchen or staff available all day. Staff leave after breakfast. No microwaves I’m room either.
