I did not like anything about the hotel. The staff was unprofessional. The front desk worker also was showing his underware and took another phone call when I was there. I had to wait in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes before he addressed my issie. The service was horrible. They also checked me out of my room without my authorization and I returned the next day waiting for another room. The staff also entered my room without authorization and asked several times when I went to my car if I was checking out. I was really offended.

The location The staff over charging for pet fees, and close to harassing accusations of me stealing a face towel (1), no complementary breakfast even though the site says it’s included in the price, the ladies at the desk were very nice but management/room cleaning weren’t so nice to me nor company and they were nice You could tell it was just a temporary front.

The staff at reception was fine. The room on the other hand was absolutely not. The privacy lock to the room was broken off; bathroom ceiling and seal on tub were in very poor repair; the outlet near the sink was missing its cover, was not screwed in, and didn’t work. The room had roaches, saw three in different places, only managed to kill one of them. Several flies persisted in the room and several gnats. The refrigerator was lukewarm even on the coldest setting. Except for clean sheets, the room was uncomfortable and the property looked ghetto while in a decent neighborhood. I regret that I had to book last minute and wasn’t able to stay at my usual hotel. Will never stay here again.

nice hotel, dope staff. the woman at the front desk "Ayana" was her name she was such an angel! Most definitely will be back!

It wasn’t the worst mattress that I’ve slept on. Definitely in the bottom 5.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the surrounding area was very quiet.

Advertised pool but was closed, rooms could've been cleaner. Maybe not best for families but our group was bunch old bikers just passing through so we made do.

Good place for a night to stay

The ac worked. No bugs and no knocks on my door at 9am wondering if I was staying or going ,so it was great. They didn't have the pool up and running so I could feel bad for not getting outside much or drowning but that's ok.it was great.
