The pool wasnt available

There was no a/ c in my room in the middle of summer I was with my sister and our 4 kids. When I told the front desk they came to “fix it”, they looked at it for a couple minutes then said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Never offered to move us, the room also smelt damp and wet like mildew or mold. The pool gave my sister and her 4 month old baby a rash or chemical burn from so many chemicals being in the pool. I became extremely sick after leaving this hotel, when I went to the doctor they said I was having an allergic reaction to mold/ mildew. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!

It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination.

This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there

Outlets broken No AC

Breakfast area was closed. Most outlets and/or lamps were not functioning. Had to move ROOMS due to broken ac in the middle of the night to a room that was not a king size bed as originally paid for. wasn’t comped well for inconvenience.

Room had a bad odor as soon as walking in, Comforter was stained, air conditioner was gross with substance all over. Cleanliness, Smell, Gross Bedding

Easy to get a reservation. Quick check in, and comfortable enough. Needed a good cleaning and some paint touching up. Looks dingy, but it was fine for the one night we needed a place to sleep on the road.

The first assigned room smelled terrible and had a stain on the bedding. The room we stayed in was only slightly better. The bathroom was disgusting-toilet wobbled and not secure, used bandaid behind the door, desk chair was filthy and old. Breakfast was limited to sugar cereal and waffles. I will NEVER stay here again.

Everything was great

Room was gross. Stains on the bed sheets, stains on the chair.

The tub and shower fixtures were leaking water. The bathroom and toilet area is too small. Sink fixtures were loose and not secured.

The staff is incredible, especially the housekeeping crew. Breakfast is great. Quiet place. Definitely a go to place if you’re in the area

There was only yogurt, waffle, coffee, juice. No cereal, muffins or fruit. Worst breakfast ever for a known brand motel. Shameful.

This property was barely habitable. Walked in the room only to be greeted by an unsightly brown stain on the bed cover. There's no way the cleaning person didn't see it. Was turned off immediately. Ended up foregoing the 2nd night. Would never recommend this filthy establishment.
