Breakfast was very good; staff was very helpful; I reported carpet had a slight odor but ok to clean after my departure (did not affect my allergies); room chair cushion was flat; construction next door, but only during daytime hours...

This was a newer and very clean hotel. It was not a busy night but the staff was very helpful.

There was no one at check in for 20 minutes. So clearly this hotel is understaffed. Our room was filthy. There was hair in the shower and a dead bug in the corner of the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel.

The cleaners were very sweet, and the property was clean to a T!

So the day of our check-in, Hilton's network/pep system was down, so they couldn't fully check-in anybody or make room keys, but the two ladies working the lobby were more than accommodating and handled things manually. One was physically walking anyone back to gain access to their rooms with a smile on her face. She took what could have been a frustrating situation and made it very positive. A+ customer service.

When you walk barefoot across the hotel room floor and get in the shower the water turns black because your feet are dirty. Ice make didn’t work on our floor Breakfast less than expected Hotel staff ignored us in the way out and on the way in as they were in their phones with their head down the whole time Coffee was terrible. Body wash only filled to 1/4 and we ran out
