The place needs updating. The room had dead bugs all over. Wings in the beds. Scuffs and dirt all over the walls. We had to stay but would have loved to have left. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was exceptional. They were helpful, pleasant, attentive and kind. The room was exceptional clean except for the bathroom floor which needed a good scrubbing and the caulk around the bathtub needed repaired. The carpet in the hallway had a very dirty traffic pattern down the middle.

I couldn’t say as I was denied services by your night audit. She was extremely rude from the moment I entered the front doors. Didn’t welcome me, greet me, introduce herself or even looked at me until needing my ID. Told me I double booked & asked her if she could cancel one of the reservations & was told “that’s your problem” then some how charged my credit card for a reservation under my husbands name to my credit card under my reservation as his reservation was to be paid at property & did not provide a credit card under his reservation. Rude, threatening, unhelpful staff, Amanda (I believe). Charged for services I never received nor cancelled & then on my credit card for a service in my husbands name that he neither received nor was linked to any credit card to begin with.

We basically just needed a place to get off the Interstate and rest. Our room was nice and clean. A/c was exceptional. Our only complaint was the bed was SOO hard. If you have a bad back be warned.

The room was nice. The lodge area was nice. The location was nice. The kids eat some of the snack breakfast. The booking said it has four beds but they only have one couch that turns into a bed, not another one in the bedroom. The pool was not open and it was the end of May. They did not have games and we were visiting with families. The breakfast was a hot one. You could microwave a wrap or oak meal. The bathtub would not drain.
