Quality Inn Adairsville - Calhoun South

This property was scary, nasty disgusting, and unworthy to stay at. Please never book it.

The rooms were definitely reflective of the 8 star rating for this motel. Room smelled like weed, toilet wasn't very secure and wobbled at the slightest movement. The air conditioner was super loud.

The room was fairly clean, but it seemed dated. When we first opened the door, the scent of cigarette smoke hit us full on. I called the front desk and they assured me it was a no smoking room and said that “smokers will smoke on the balcony with the door opened and the smoke gets pulled in.” There was a pool (we did not use) and electrical vehicle charging was out front, but the cost was not posted. We did not take advantage of breakfast, so I cannot comment.

We needed a quick place to stay and after reading the reviews I was sold! A cheap stay with a great breakfast is what I was expecting. I will say the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was decent but when it comes to the room I have decided I am a little to boujee and will now pay the extra $40. I think we stayed in room 213 which claims to have been a non smoking room. To me, a non smoker I felt like I was walking into a Vegas casino at 3 am and instant headache. But it was after midnight and we decided to make the best of it since we only needed to sleep a few hours before driving home. The overall experience was decent but please don’t expect anything more than a wayside motel. Also found it odd we had two Huge screws laying out on the table. On the positive note nice staff and decent breakfast but you should add PB to your breakfast as a lot of people like PB toast or waffles in the am

Live and dead cockroaches were on countertops and moving about the room. Also could not reach anyone at the front desk via phone - contacted Expedia who also could not reach a front desk attendant. Awful experience.

Was offered a smoke free room but it still smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly, detailed, and helpful.

Friendly people, breakfast was terrible. Sat there for over an hour and no biscuits, sausage brought out so decided to do waffles and nope it was empty also. Went to Mcds.

Small but clean and recently updated pool. Clean and well cared for.

We booked two rooms. Outdated but one room was okay. The second smelled like an animal had been living in it for a while. When the AC kicked on the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. The hand towel that was folded nicely had brown stains on the front. The bathroom shower faucet leaked. Wouldn't recommend, drive to another exit.

The pictures were deceiving. This place has some updates but is old and not all the updates are well done. The towel bar fell off, the toilet seat was very loose and low to the floor.

The room was clean but needed repairs to ceiling. Very outdated. Air conditioning was adequate but very noisy. Hotel appears to be mainly used by construction crews etc. price was very reasonable for conditions. I would rate overall a six

Nearly all the electrical outlets in the room did not work, only two in the whole room worked (besides the bathroom one). The room smelled like weed and we booked a non-smoking room. Tried to swap rooms but there weren't any more non-smoking rooms available. The linens on the bed felt like shower curtains, The bathroom lighting is horrible, no one would be able to apply make up with this lighting. Just horrible, don't let the pictures fool you because they sure did us.

This was one of the nicest Quality Inn's We've stayed in and We've stayed in many! Very clean environment and friendly and caring staff not to mention a great breakfast in the morning with waffles, sausage, w/biscuits and gravy,fruit, muffins, etc.
