Beautiful pool and amazing view. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. 15 minute walk to the port, and walking distance of everything you need (food, groceries, rental car, etc). Easily drivable to anything you want to see in Milos. Breakfast was great every morning Everything was great.

Fantasy Rooms in Milos exceeded all of our expectations! The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by olive trees and featuring a stunning saltwater pool that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail of the property is thoughtfully maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind while exploring the island. A special thank you to Elia and Antonia, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home and added a personal touch that made our visit even more memorable. One of the things we appreciated most was how easy it was to communicate with the owners via WhatsApp. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, from breakfast requests and restaurant reservations to recommendations and advice about exploring Milos. Their responsiveness and local knowledge made planning our days effortless. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in Milos, Fantasy Rooms is an outstanding choice. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible island.

Great location! Quiet yet 5 minute walk to town. Wonderful family run property. Tranquil pool area Nothing. A small improvement would be more variety at breakfast for those staying longer.

Our room was large and very clean. We had a balcony facing the pool / breakfast area which was perfect. The balcony had two chairs, a table, and a small dryer rack which was a nice touch. Location was very good and close to town by walking or driving. Ilia (the son of the owners) helped us rent an ATV and it was delivered to the hotel which was so nice. Ilia was SO helpful during our stay. He explained the island to us and gave us recommendations of where to go/what to see each day. Breakfast was plentiful and we never left hungry. We would recommed Fantasy Suites to anyone visitng Milos!

It was a very nice family ran hotel. It has a pool for the day you want to just lay around. It is convenient walking distance to a small village with many good restaurant options. Michele was amazing. He is the best tour guide you could ask for. He made great recommendations especially when working around the weather. The breakfast was perfect to get you started for the day.

We absolutely loved our stay here - travelled all around Europe and this was our favourite. Property and pool is beautiful, breakfast was yummy. Ilya was so helpful and friendly and made everything so easy for us. Also within walking distance to the town which was very convenient

the premises are beautiful and meticulously decorated. pool area is lovely, breakfasts were wonderful. most importantly, elias is a tremendous host who went above & beyond to ensure we had a positive stay.

Ilias was a wonderful host. He helped us with all of our arrangements in Milos. Our room was very good, breakfast under the olive trees was great, and the pool was wonderful. Thank you. The walk between the property and the town is a bit rough through undeveloped land or a construction site.

The staff here is so incredibly friendly, they really went above and beyond. Antonia waited at reception until 1 AM to help us check in, and she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. Also, on our last night as we came back from dinner, Ilyas rushed out of reception to tell us there was a lunar eclipse which we didn't know about, so we got to watch it from our balcony! And beyond that, the breakfast is great, the grounds are beautiful, the AC is strong, there's a pool! It is a slightly pricier option but I think it's worth it. Also I'd recommend a car as it's a moderately far walk to the town center. They have a small parking lot at the hotel so parking is not a hassle. We were able to hear a little bit of noise from other rooms, but nothing disruptive.

I loved the costumer service, they went above and beyond the experience. That it was a little far from town.

Just a 10-minute walk from town, it’s tucked into the hillside with lovely sea and nature views. The grounds are beautifully kept, dotted with sculptures by one of the owners, and the highlight for us was the peaceful saltwater pool shaded by olive trees, with comfy loungers. We stayed in the Queen room with balcony, thoughtfully styled, well-equipped (fridge, plates, glassware, cutlery), and featuring a huge part-shaded balcony with an outdoor sink and drying area. No safe, but the island feels very secure. Breakfast was a treat: fresh pastries, dakos, fruit, ham, cheese, yoghurt, coffee, and juice; all delicious and beautifully presented. The family who run Fantasy Rooms are wonderful, especially Ilia, who gave us great daily tips and great recommendations of places to hang and eat. There's also cutie cats, like Boo Boo. A bakery just five minutes away offers pastries, coffee (including Freddo Espresso), sweets, and essentials. There’s parking, and the bus stop to Plaka is only three minutes away. With Adamas as the main hub, day trips are easy. We wholeheartedly recommend Fantasy Rooms for couples or small groups.

Clean, beautiful, easy to get to and exceptional staff

The location was perfect - a quick walk to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The pool was gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was superb and Ilia offered us different options each day, with special local treats. The room was comfortable, and a patio area outside gives more space to enjoy the beautiful love trees back garden, where the pool is. The host Ilia is so considerate and kind, just the most wonderful person, who looks after you and offers great tips for enjoying your stay on Milos. This was a fantastic location and experience. Highly recommended!

i felt that the beds could be more comfortable and the size of the room was a bit small. also good to keep in mind that the best road to get to this hotel is a dirt road, so not very easy to walk with your suitcases. But the owners sent a message guiding us in the right direction. everything else was great!!
