A very pleasant stay, clean rooms and friendly service throughout. Nothing.
-
Food bad , workers not that much , they just need excuses to get more money from you on every single thing they charge you more money
-
Clean , good breakfast . Staff , restaurant delicious room service great , gym is ok Sauna timing isn’t great , construction all around but it’s not their fault .
-
Very friendly staff, great staff No ACs in the room + no mosquito nets so opening the windows is also not enough

The Jano Hotel is one of the best managed hotels in Addis Ababa. Super clean, very helpful staff and great food. Nothing

Electricity was always on and off, it wasn't impressive.
-
It's on a side street and the main road is currently quite bad with many potholes so sometimes cab drivers complain or cancel. Not the hotels fault though.

The room was nice, very upscale. They included slippers and a bathrobe. The room was the nicest we have stayed in in Addis. The restaurant was OK, the "butter chicken" was good despite not being butter chicken, but the service was slow. I really liked being forced to take a cold shower because there was no hot water </SARCASM>. NO HOT WATER. I did not pay so much to take a cold shower. The staff was lukewarm at best, acting as though helping us was an inconvenience. The light in the bathroom would not shut off, it was on a motion sensor. I didn't need to be blinded at 2am when I went to the bathroom.

The cleanliness and the staff. Abraham was particularly efficient and everyone was very nice and polite and helpful. The delay in delivering food both room service and restaurant.

The staff was absolutely top notch. No matter what we needed, they were so attentive and genuinely welcoming. Michael was simply amazing and super helpful. He literally treated us like family. Bisrat was on point all the time when we needed taxis or directions. Both Michael and Bisrat consistently went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was extremely attentive as well. The location was perfect for where we needed to be everyday and getting local transportation was never an issue. Rooms were absolutely immaculate. Although there is a restaurant on the property, there is limited places outside the hotel in close proximity to dine.

Brand new hotel. There is no gym.

Long wait to get food served at the hotel.

The entire hotel with all the facilities is great. Very comfortable rooms and most important, very clean and tidy. A modern hotel for all kinds of travel. I must also mention the staff, as they all met us with an unmatched hospitality, where Mr. Michael Mulugeta stands out with his serviceminded, proffesional and welcoming attitude, taking care of everything we as travelers where in need of.

Fantastic stay for a night transfer in Addis. Simple, clean and new lodgings with friendly staff (Michael on the front desk in particular). Excellent value for money at approx $50 a night. Free airport pick up and they even helped out when my luggage was lost at the airport. Would recommend to all. 5 *****

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The food is dangerous. I had a bad experience, I got an infection due to food poisoning and I couldn't eat for my entire stay. This is why I rated 6 out of 10.

Super helpful staff welcomed me, directed me to where I wanted to go and allowed me a later checkout when I wasn't feeling well. Sparkling clean and near the airport, including an efficient airport shuttle. A bit of a back alley location. Close to the airport, but the streets nearby are not great for walking (I did and was safe)

Jano is a brand new hotel, exceptionally clean, with excellent staff service. Everyone was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Danite Salomon and all the woman at the front desk were all very kind and helpful with any questions and directions. Buffet style breakfast was complimentary, with plenty of fresh juices, fruit, vegetables and other continental foods. Location is near the airport and shopping centers for last minute purchases. I will definitely stay at Jano on my next Ethiopian trip
