Everything from start to end was aove and beyond. The manager was also very helpful in everyway. No one was available to reply to my whatsapp messages to confirm pick up from the airport.

The staff was very kind. The bathroom sink leaked the draining water and water was all over the floor. There was a small window that allowed mosquitos inside the room making it very difficult to sleep.

Appreciate the late check out. It gave us more time to relax. Internet wasn't working well enough.

The place is breathtaking and amazing. The meet and greet was above and beyond. The staff Samrawit, Betelhem and Firtuna were amazing, assisting, cooperative and above all giving a smiling face that makes you feel at home. Thank you!! Internet was not working at all times. We had a breaking up during the stay. Although still was fine.

The meet and greet was perfect. The driver was so welcoming. The receptionist was also charming and assisted professionally. Hot water takes few minutes to appear. Should be fast.

This time we stayed at a higher floor and the room was quiet. I did get a wake up call. It's great that the restaurant is open 24/7. You don't need to leave without having breakfast. We got very good breakfast to go, which we had while waiting at the airport. We highly appreciated that. The rate we got from booking was very good. Just make sure it's for two people and not just one. They don't accept payment in the local currency. There was no maintenance in the late afternoon. The fridge didn't work. The TV didn't work either. Make sure they will return your passport after they make a copy.

The centrality of the hotel to most areas. The easy access of rides to and from venue. The willingness of staff to support with getting rides despite language barriers. The cleanliness of the room was not great. Sometimes cups were not properly cleaned. The water from the shower was inconsistent and I often found that there was little to no water when it come to the shower. The room was cold. The requests made to hotel staff through the reception line were quite delayed. For example the wait for an iron to the room took 30 minutes or longer. The payment process of settling the bill was cumbersome. The language barriers make it difficult to receive assistance and the staff are not the most agile to different requests.

The room was very pleasant. I didn't use any of the facilities as we were arrived very late and then had a morning flight. The morning staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. There were 3 warm dishes for vegans. We liked the fresh carrot juice, although the ginger was too much for us. The shuttle driver waited too long for us as we had problems with a luggage that didn't arrive. They helped me change money, as it was not so easy to walk to a moneychanger. The window didn't close so it was cold in the room. We heard dogs barking and other street noises as the room was on a lower floor, plus the window was not closed. Although I plugged the fridge the food containers were warm the following day. The night shift guy promised to wake us up in the morning but didn't leave a note to the morning staff. Luckily we didn't have an early morning flight.

The hotel was very good value for the money which is what I was primarily looking for. The music from the rooftop bar was terrible for at least half of the nights of my two week stay even though I was 5 floors below it. It was so loud and went very late many nights. Truly disruptive to my sleep. I didn’t use the rooftop space as much as I thought I would when I booked since it was cold at night and the bar was completely exposed to the wind. The location of the hotel was also away from main roads which, paired with the large amount of road construction going on, made getting to and from the office I was working in a challenge each day.

I liked almost everything about the place and great value for money. The food, the spa, the airport shuttle, the service, the staff and overall how the hotel looked inside. The staff was so helpful and kind, from the drivers, front desk, cleaners all the way up to the manager. On the last day when my card was blocked and I couldn't pay for my late check out, they went an extra mile to help me and find a solution. I will surely be returning. My water was cold the first day of showering and my kettle was dirty with coffee marks, towel not so clean and my toilet was not properly clean. After flagging this with front desk, my room was cleaned and everything was rectified in the end. For the bathroom though, they need to find a way to clean the shower glass, the taps and the sink countertop to remove the old water stains. The music from the rooftop bar even though great can be a little too loud until 12 midnight especially if your room is in the upper floors. The location is perfect because of how close to most things it is. Very close to the airport too. The surrounding area of the hotel is a little dodgy I must say.

The hotel was in a weird neighborhood, but once inside, the atmosphere felt cozy and warm. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and soft. It was a chilly night, so I asked for an extra duvet, which was delivered quickly. I appreciated that. The shower experience was the most disappointing. The water never got hot, which was not ideal since the weather was so cool. I let it run for at least 10 minutes, but it never got hot. There was a bit of noise in the neighborhood, but it was too bad. I was able to sleep peacefully. I loved the tea bags and the kettle in the room. This helped me to warm up after the cold shower and have a good night's rest. I checked out early before breakfast because I had an early morning flight. cold water in the shower
