The hotel food wasn't in great quality, and it lack international menu, mostly are Ethiopian food listed in the menu There were incetcs flying around that I didn't like it, electricity most of the time cuts, WiFi internet speed it's so poor

Was no water for shower & toothbrush #402,when I wanted to take a shower.after a while i got water for shower which is too hot or so cold medium was not working

The staff tried very hard to communicate in English although you could see it's difficult for them Front desk lady on my arrival was rude.The constant power failure made a difficult experience for me that meant no internet connection.Breakfast food was generally traditional.The dishes were very cold and no variety esply for westerners.Tea and coffee were cold as well and when put to waitress she argued that it should be hot cos there were some burners underneath and when challenged to taste the food she said she was not allowed.I was inconvienced by being charged twice on my last 3 days of stay.I was told one payment would be reversed within 24hrs but it's more than 24hrs now hence I have moved to another hotel.Although booked for 2 people only 1 bottle of water and 1 towel was provided for.The shower and general water pressure were very low.Things have gone very bad since I stayed at the property in 2017 I can only attribute it to the challenges of COVID-19 perhaps.

Nothing at all waste of money and time. Front desk staff and most staff don't speak English fluently.On day of arrival 19/04/22 the front desk staff was rude and unfriendly.To make things even worse she doesn't fully understand English language.I was greeted with power cut on arrival and it was almost a daily routine.This obviously results in no internet connection and a huge disadvantage as one cannot communicate cos don't have local sim card.It was like HELL!
