Location is convenient, loads of shops around and not too far from the airport. No hit water to take a shower, no toiletries given, no one at the reception, they've torn off the numbers from phones so guests can't call at reception, waited 40mins when asked for a towel after checking twice, some lights and TV didn't work, dingy rooms

The staff are doing the best that they can but the place is really bad. I hate to give negative review as a business owner because I know how much negative impact this will cause to the business bottom line. This hotel has a lot of potential however, it need to get the basic right. For example, No hot water, the towels are very old and worn out, plus plumbing issues, Very low water pressure, you can smell bad odor when someone up above your floor is flushing. breakfast is really bad, Cold old food.

An overall good place, except staff failed to disclose at check in that they didn’t have hot water. So I checked out the following morning. To their credit, I was refunded the night I didn’t stay at the property.
