The cleanliness One staff member called Dilamo Mathewos who was condescending and rude most of the time.

Clean, Simple and nice interior design, great location, great stuffs, all the stuffs were extremely respectful and know how to make u fill comfortable, very secured all the time. The shower drain is the only thing I didn’t like, it’s very simple problem but it was bothering me a little when the water stored on the opposite side of the drain and sometimes it gets outside of the shower. Had to put the towel on the floor. But still I will definitely book the hotel again.

Near to ADD airport They need to renovate the furniture and the towels as it’s damaged and not clean. Table light was not working.

Nothing It was awful from location to staff to everything. I paid for the towels which I put in the bathroom on the floor because it was a leakage and they have no idea about their policies regarding pets, checkin/out time, they want only money! Run away

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. I liked the local feel of the neighborhood. There was lots of construction in the area so the air was not so clean.

Breakfast was cold and not great. The location is ok, but a bit far from things. Also backs into a not so nice part of Addis. Get a high floor for quiet.

Cleaniess Very weak and slow wi fi internet which ruined my business trip. Also the mobile signal was absent at my second visit in the 3rd floor, I begged staff to move me to higher level, they refused. I lost the ability to communicate at very critical time. I was vey upset. I will never be back again.

This hotel deserves 5 stars, but the location isn’t great. The only downside is the location — everything else meets or exceeds expectations. Still, i give 4.7 out of 5. Location
