As a Hotelier and an advent traveller I must honestly say it's a phenomenal establishment. The warm reception from the parking to the head managers that roam the floor is impeccable. I have used all the services in the hotel and I must say it is a well managed property.

The room was so dark that I didn’t realize until I left that I was depressed being there. Also the air conditioning didn’t work. I tried to order room service and the call wasn’t working. I loved the staff so much and the breakfast was food but they need to update the hotel.

I have been there multiple times and had very awful experience at the check in. if we go after 9pm, the person who will confirm the on line reservation will not be at the bldg. so, they have to call for the password and confirmation. at list we need half an hr or more to check in if there is no a line.

its location is good : the spa is fairly good and does the purpose ( it is quite small though) comfort in the room is to be improved. the shower is very inconvenient for use!

The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The bed was also very comfortable, which I appreciated. The noise level at the hotel was far too much for my liking. My initial room was extremely loud, making it difficult to get any sleep. The staff was understanding and moved me to a quieter room, but even there, the noise at night was still disruptive. I ended up leaving the hotel feeling exhausted and longing for the comfort and quiet of my own bed at home. While I can’t fault the effort of the staff to accommodate my needs, the overall noise levels made it a disappointing stay.
