Staff was so helpful and respectful they were also so friendly Electrician needs to make interior modifications for electric connection

As expected, cleanses is an issue as it is the case with most hotels in Addis Ababa. The worst part is the hotel manager from Kenya was quite rude and disrespectful to the hotel employees, not to mention her unprofessional attire.

Nice firm bed. Hot tub. Interesting decoration. Nice setting and bar. Helpful staff. Nice supermarket nrxt door. Close to Greek Club & not far from Meskel Sq. and African Jazz Village. A few things in the room needed repair.. lock, loose faucet, missing light bulb above sink (replaced quickly). Pool heater not working.

The place is close to the airport and also to other parts of the town. Internet is good and the lounge that is at the reception is also a nice place to relax. The place can be noisy at night when they have major events at the back near the parking area and if you are light sleeper it can get difficult for you until the event is ober

Location The stuff especially the girls who were at the reception were focused on giving me the more expensive room that they gave me a room which was already occupied, I interred in and very shocked. They were unprofessional and they said because of their mistake they upgraded me to more expensive room which I'm not interested in. Still when I checked out they insisted that I have to pay $64 instead of $45 which I requested, there were more rooms available. That is robbery, very disappointing. I chose the hotel because of location.
