The staff were very kind and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom were clean. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. Location was near major sights and good restaurants, and there is a small shop nearby where you can buy essentials if needed. It would be nice to have a proper table and chair in the room where I could have done some of my work, but this was not a very big issue -- I mainly worked from the bed or downstairs if I had a virtual meeting.

The shower was not draining and someone had to come to clean it everytime i wanted to shower. I had specifically requested for a room with good airflow and no carpet because of sinuses…and as you may have it, i was given a room without a window and asked to pay $100 extra to upgrade into a room with a window.

Location was very near to the place we wnated to visit. Room size and bed was reasonable. Breakfast was average. Bathroom and other facilities are below even a 4 star hotel

The bookingcom photos are wide angled and give a much larger than life look about spaciousness. The hotel needs to do more to ensure fittings are working like the kettle that had to be changed and again didnt work properly No bathmats No tissue box in standard room Internet connectivity is WEAK although Wifi signal shows strong signal. That means the internet line is a low MBPS connection by hotel. I had to use the hotspot from my mobile.

The staff and their hospitality. I like very much the wedding ceremony. The rooms seems very comfortable ld and not clean. No safe box. No smart TV.

The hotel is 10-minute walk from Meskel Square, they offer free shuttle pick up and drop off at ADD. Rooms were small but offered all the amenities I needed. There is a spacious gym on 2nd floor and breakfast buffet offers from freshly cooked eggs, meats, veggies to traditional Ethiopian dishes. The equipment in the gym was little outdated and my room didn't have AC. Small details which didn't make or break the experience.
