Wonderful location The restaurant had great views…..shame about the food….the pastry and the bread selection just had the names, no taste whatsoever. Can’t believe we were in a Hilton property.

Very friendly people everywhere at the hotel. Same DoubleTree as any hotel in America. No parking. The site next to the hotel was under construction and the whole thing was chaos. If you don’t drive, then you’ll be fine.

Breakfast had multiple selections and food was good quality, for the 5days I stayed. Breakfast team to be thankful for are: Betelhem, Rediet. Edelawit, Teddy and Mekdes Special thanks to Biruk at the Front Desk. Everything was good. Lucky to see the Women's running Olympic Team celebrating right in front of the hotel.

the hotel is clean and convenient. front desk is very nice. It is a good hotel for short stay work trip. The spa is not fantastic. The massage was bad quality. The jagguzi and the sauna were not hot when I came. I was given used flip flop slippers that look very old and ugly. I had no bath robe. Overall very disappointing and not cheap. The room service food was not good The hotel is not what I would call "charming" but ok for short work stay. the surrounding street is facing mega renovation work it is pretty ugly and sandy.

Close- walking distance to the hotel, nearby restaurants and shopping complexes. Great place to sit and have meetings in the lobby. Best part- Amazing authentic Ethiopian coffee. Loved it the most.
