The HUB Hotel

Very close to the airport ( only 5 minutes). They prepared a free transport to and from the hotel which was very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. It took me a long time to get hot water from the tap for the shower but they helped me quickly by sending a technician. The breakfast was simple but with this price it is acceptable.

Thanks to the staff waiting for me at the airport for 45 minutes. I forgot ask the hotel pick me up at the airport. This is because someone dropped me off at the hotel. I am sorry about that and very much appreciate the hotel staff's kindness

Cleaniess Very weak and slow wi fi internet which ruined my business trip. Also the mobile signal was absent at my second visit in the 3rd floor, I begged staff to move me to higher level, they refused. I lost the ability to communicate at very critical time. I was vey upset. I will never be back again.

Breakfast was great! The location was good and close to everything we needed. Free shuttle from airport was good and worked fine The room was fine but tended to be hot. The hotel is air-conditioned, but the room was not. I had to request a floor fan which was provided.

The location near to the airport. The noise around the location and the street is without light at night with a lot of bars around.

Quality of the room is deteroriating from the first time I saw it. The room was very hot with no AC, though there was a fan it could be better with the AC. The breakfast was the not as I expected it to be. Lacked variety and freshness... particularly vergitable options

Everything at the hotel was fine overall. However, the hot water took more than five minutes to heat up, which suggests the water system could use some improvement. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory.

The location was great. Off the main road, but still very walkable to restaurants and cafes. Safe. The guest service agent Gashaw was helpful and kind, as were the rest of the staff

Food was excellent! Plenty of it. And of course wonderful Ethiopian coffee ☕️! Room was hot, no A/C. A fan was brought on request. Had to request extra towels.

Great walkable neighborhood. Also - the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. I needed some assistance with the bike I used for commuting and they took it on and fixed the issue! Also, I felt incredibly secure and welcome. Loved the breakfast too.
