Momona Hotel

Location is very near to the airport and staff is so friendly and helpfull I visited 2 years ago and it was good then. Now the situation is so bad . They don’t maintained the hotel. Even the brake fast Restaurant chairs has not been cleaned for several months.they become blackish on the headrest areas. Room wallpapers are already worn-out and tore in several areas.

The cleaning staffs were kind,free gym and steam bath.but bathroom was leaking water. And sometimes there was blackout with no strong internet connection. The RECEPTIONIST STAFF LADY EVEN AFTER INFORMING HER AND PROMISING THE TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT 2 DAYS TO MY LAST DAY.SHE DECLINED MY REQUEST THE LAST MINUTE , CLAIMING THE VAN HAD NO FUEL WHICH MADE ME ALMOST MISS MY FLIGHT .

Didn’t see any Why would you contact booking.com and claim I never showed up and I didn’t pay, and then try to charge me a no-show fee after I checked out? Also tried to have me go on a scam cab ride that was gonna charge me double. Oh yeah, all this happened in a one night stay.

The breakfast was always good in my direction and I guessed that others were going well with the breakfast. The only thing I didn't really eat enough was the ethiopian dishes because it was first time to eat the ethiopian food. I also love the coffee as well. I didn't the ethiopian dishes but I will get used to it, I am planning to make a trip for the second time in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I hope to make the trip July and get use to the ethiopian dishes or the breakfast.

The internet connection was very bad, the staff keep saying we will fix it until I make many complaints then they change my room. They are far away from being a good hotel

The hotel was good, people were friendly and serviable especially Henok and Mekedes, good people

The place The room was small and I request for change. But did not consider it! Further, swimming pool and son-a were out of service!

I didn’t like the shower and also they don’t have laundry pool everything is under maintenance

The hotel shower drain is not working, and also the door is very hard to close. The maintenance crew takes time to fix it.

staff is friendly, all great. they offer 2 hour of free time for checkout too. 2 things, building need small fixs as being old, like the door of my room and washroom

Very close to the airport! Great value! Lovely rooftop pool! Comfortable lobby lounge. Huge rooms. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. It’s a bit dated and some things kinda falling into disrepair. It could use some upkeep. But, if it got updated, I’m sure the price would quadruple. Adjust your expectations and you’ll be very happy here.
