the hotel locate in bad street, not clean, a lots of beggars, pimps and dangerous after 11 pm walk on the street.

Not so good the room not sound proof

Door lock card malfunctioned. They had to use a manual master key to open my room.

The area is scary late night

The room's bathroom and the toilet. The shower water shield isn't complete/closable. It therefore leaves the water to flash down on the bathroom floor while showering and the floor remains wet making it difficult to use the toilet/bathroom afternoon using it to take a shower.

I liked: - The staff, the location, the price, the breakfast, the elevator, the reception area, the house keeping, and the overall cleanliness, the free airport shuttle service. I did not like: The TV type and the limited number of channels, the shower cabinet inside the toilet, the beggars who gather sometimes in the street in front of the hotel.

BTW, there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel, from the airport! I missed that detail, but make sure to take the shuttle! Also, there is a very yummi Indian restaurant right next to the hotel that delivers right to your room.

The Stay was amazing, the staff was amazing the issue was only the bed that was a little bit hard The staff are really nice and supportive as well as very responsive and the service is amazing

Clean, good location, nice staff. Good customer service,room cleaning everyday. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food, waiters service excellent. Shuttle service very quickly. I forgot my suite case at the Airport and Driver help me a lot to pickup then I forget my backpack during departure, I called the hotel and Driver brought it back to me @the Airport right away. I will recommend this to my friends and social media contacts.
