is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work. The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

The staff we were missing the towels and the room was facing a very noisy Main Street. I would recommend double glass windows to avoid the street noise.

bathroom very smelly, bathroom had cockroach, towels were very old, room has wall damaged with leak.

The personnel. Apartment was very hot. And it was very noisy. We could not sleep the night. we requested prior arrival for a quiet room because we know the city and it was hot and noisy.

The staff were amazing. The facility overall is very clean. The location is great, close all the places of interest and the airport. I highly recommend this place. Sometimes the shower was cold but for me it was not a big deal.

My wife and I were comfortable at the apartment, it was spacious and the cleaning lady was very good. She did an excellent job honestly. Two disappointing things though, no hot water. We asked them to fix the geyser issue many times but no luck! Also, the bed was so uncomfortable :( They really need to get new ones because wow!! totally old beds they got. The bed and no hot water.
