The breakfast was ok. However, it would be good to have a little bit more of variety. I felt it was a bit limited. The breakfast focussed more on Ethiopian cuisine. Very little away from the local dishes. The lunch and dinner was excellent. The food cooked was fresh and had a variety to select from. On the location, the hotel, it is too inside and off the road. Most uber drivers did not seem to know where the exact of the location of the hotel was.

There was a free airport drop off and the pricing was reasonable. The free breakfast was nice. The sheets were very dirty. The location is shady af and doesn't even have paved roads. The hotel manager is not very responsive or adaptive considering changes (allowed through their own booking policy).

Amazing place friendly staff, clean and tidy was great to be there. Nothing, everything was perfect

I liked the name and the staff were fine. Since we were two persons, the receptionist didn't allow us to sleep in one room but suggested us to move into another room with two single bed and which is more expensive than the one I booked. Unfortunately the room were dirty and the toilet were licking, plus I couldn't shower with cold water.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE * AFTER BOOKING DELUXE ROOM THROUGH BOOKING.COM AND AT THE FRONT DISK I RECIEVED A CLL FROM THE MANAGER TELLING ME THAT THE PRICE SHOULD BE HIGHER AND I SHOULD PAY MORE * AND I CAN'T PAY IN BERR, I SHOULD PAY IN DOLLAR (WHICH I WASN'T CARRYING AFTER CHANGING AT THE AIRPORT)

The room is clean. The bed is very dirty and the room is very small.also it's very expensive.

Reception staffs are friendly and cooperative. This hotel refused to honour a confirmed booking.The room was rented out to some one else and that was really frustrating. After a hectic discussion, they allow me to stay in an out of inventory room and stayed only two nights and of course I have to pay more. The original plan booked through booking .com was 13 nights. Overbooking seems the issue here. Room is very small and has horrible noise leakages.
