I am writing to express my strong disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your hotel. I had made a confirmed booking for a room at Monarch Hotel in advance. However, upon my arrival, I was shockingly informed that there was no room available for me.

very bad internet connection in the room, water some time is not available in the room, location is away from the center.

All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and make sure we were taken care of. We got exceptional service all the way from the front desk to the dining lounge, the breakfast buffet all of it. I like that the property had a restaurant had a lounge in a lot of areas where you can just go and relax and get a nice coffee get a drink and everybody was just so special is fantastic

The property was an affordable price in a decent area. The property had several elements that were quite run down (shower door, outlets, etc). Linens were stained. No AC, but with the window open, tons of mosquitoes entered the room. The meals were just ok.

Breakfast was upto standard. Keep it up The min small fridge in the room. Please consider putting a mini fridge that is big enough to accommodate our personal drinks

The shower did not spray water in a nice direction and the door did not close in the shower

First of all the location, the view, the Restaurant, the live band even in the morning the breakfast everything was perfect ! Only the parking garage is a little bit tight to In-N-Out and the passenger elevator is too busy. It’s because of there is a lot of function in the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, good variety of dishes, but what made it great was the staff, after a couple of days they remembered my name and my preferences. The manager, Joseph did an outstanding job. It was beyond their control, there was construction with heavy machinery going on at all hours of the day and night. They need more staff in the evenings, as the restaurant and bar gets really busy. One evening, the restaurant had to close, but they reopened in the AM, however, they should have notified the guests.

breakfast was good There was 24/7 construction going on so I didn't sleep for 3 nights, then one of the nights I didn't have hot water, another night water started pouring through a light in the cieling that was allegedly because the person above me dumped a lot of water on the ground.

Excellent breakfast that combines foods from in and out of Ethiopia. An excellent view!

Taking shawer in bath room was difficult because of noise in 7th floor.
