The hotel is very clean. Their customer service is top notch. One of the best hotel in Addis Ababa. Nothing

any comments I left my mobile phone on the bus and the driver refused to give me back under the Pretxte that he did not find it while I was alone in the bus, he had no other customers. I sent a letter to the management to claim the mobile, I received no answer. I will never recommend your hotel to other psersonnes.

The staff are not welcoming and can’t even negotiate or solve a single problem, my issue was that i booked a room which is pay at the property so that the property will manage the payment and then the reception didn’t wanted to take cash only mobile based or Dollar only they don’t want to take local currency or other

the rooms were wide Breakfast was ok, although it would help if they options were more international But all in all it was very good The value was perfect Breakfast was average - if they improve it , this is a 9/10 hotel
