I love the rooms and the ambience!

They forced us to pay for extra bed as they stated same gender can't sleep in same big bed while we explained to them we are relatives. However, even the extra bed they provided was broken, the staff not friendly we feel everything against us and we are not welcome here, while we just tourists and we didn't do something wrong

BREAK FAST IS GOOD. WHEN WE ARE CAME FOR THE CHECK-IN TIME THE FRONT DESK MANAGER SAID FOR EARLY CHECK-IN WE HAVE REQUESTED WITH FREE OF COST BUT HE SAID LITTEL BIT RUDE WHY I AM SAYING BECAUSE WE ARE LOOKING RAMADA IS MY HOME YOU CHECK IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT I AM COMING TO ADDIS IN YEAR MINIMUM TWO OR THREE TIME AND I STAY ONLY IN RAMADA. AND MOREOVER, THEY HAVE ASKED US TO AUTHENTICATION 100 USD WHEN WE DO THE ANY SERVICE LIKE IN YOUR COFFEE + BAR SAME WE HAVE GIVE BUT WHEN CHECK OUT TIME WE HAVE ASKED THEM DEDICATION FROM THE SAME THEY CAN'T DO AND WE NEED FOLLOW UP WITH THIS AMT FROM INDIA. IN MY PAST STAY WE HAVE NEVER EVER GIVE THIS AUTHETICATION ANY HOW IN OUR NEXT VISIT WE NEED TO THINK BEFORE BOOKING.

The location was very convenient main street with restaurants and coffee shops saef to go out even in late night. A special thanks to the airport shuttle drivers (Meles & Nigus) for their help and support. The AC in my room wasn’t working. I asked to change the room unfortunately they didn’t change!! Instead they bring me a fan!!! I didn’t get any support from the reception nor the duty manager I asked to reduce my stay dates and they refused that also, so I had to check out early when I still had one more night with no refund from them! Very bad experience I won’t recommend to stay there again.

They give me a very good room with great view and good size. The staff is very decent especially Bayissa at the reception. The location is perfect. Even more they allowed me for real early check in and late check out. Many thanks I wished we have the FiFA World Cup displayed in rooms in addition to an Arabic speaking news channel
