I was picked up and dropped off at the airport. The TV didn’t work, and although the staff promised to fix it, nothing was done. There was no air conditioning in the room, and loud music from nearby areas went on late into the night. The small fridge was out of order, and no electric kettle or iron was provided.

The room and lobby areas were nice and clean. Very kind and positive staff. The breakfast was not at the level of the standard. At least juce, Coffee, cereals and basic bakery is a minimum standard. I gave got only one choice.

nothing! Sherar used to be a fantastic hotel, but it is no longer so. Everything is broken, the hotel is old and has not been renovated, and the restaurant has no menu options.

none Room had a non-functional TV, a dismantled safe-case, broken bathroom, bad smell from carpet in the corridor, and high volume music from three sources (Chaka, Park and Sherar hotel 6th floor).
