Perfect location, near of everything. Pretty safe area. Very nice staff !!! Facilities are good, The hotel is clean, and it offers excellent value for money compared to other chain hotels, which aren’t much better and are much more expensive. You’ll also find everything you need at the nearby hotels, which are open to the public. Staff !!!

Best value for money of the neighborhood. Location was perfect and next to UNICEF offices. It also have a gym with fair enough machines to keep the fitness

Overall stay was good, hospitality food and others were great External guests are supposed to be allowed to enter into the room without charges other make proper briefing during the checking in process. The issue of exchange rate was also a concern. I went to buy stuffs from the market, and I was given change in local currency, to my surprise, the money was rejected by the Hotel asking for receipt from the forex

The hotel is organised and clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel's management is always attentive to small details, for example: I was unable to take a shower due to maintenance work that was being carried out and as soon as the issue was resolved, I received a small bag in my room containing the best coffee in Ethiopia, some biscuits and a card apologising for the inconvenience caused by the momentary interruption of the water supply. It was fantastic. Note: The hotel bar is open 24/7 O restaurante do hotel é um pouco escuro pra mim. Acho que precisa de mais luz.

It was a great experience, staff were nice and welcoming. I spent 3 nights there with my family.traveling with a baby is always such a big deal, but the staff made it much lighter, each time we went to the restaurant, they kept entertaining the baby, providing my wife and I sufficient time to eat and also feed the baby. As it was my wedding anniversary, I informed the hotel if we could get a tour guide to help us in the city, they recommended one and also further prepared us an anniversary cake to celebrate with us. I had actually booked a standard room, but getting to the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe suit. Indeed, their service was outstanding.
