The air conditioner is not working and the gym is not fully equipped

The staff were incredibly polite. They let us check in early. Free transportation to and from the airport was arranged. The rates are incredibly good. The twin room actually has two queen sized beds and is big. Breakfast was modest. They also arranged for breakfast on the day of check-in. They have a spa in the basement, which is not very fancy, but the Swedish massage was excellent and extremely cheap. I will go there again. The room assigned first did not have proper hot water and did not look good. They moved me to another room. The staff helped shift everything to the same places. The new assigned room was super.

Room never really cleaned, breakfast daily was horrible.

It is location , no nearby cafe and supermarket .

The internet connection was very very bad

+Located in a financial district. There isn't much of interest in the immediate area, but one can walk to Adwa or Meskel Square easily enough. It's fairly centrally located for trips by ride. Good location near amenities, cost effective, nice rooms, comfortable beds, good hospitality when the manager gave us a free tour of the city. Restaurant staff seemed a bit rude, could be because of poor English. I also booked a double room with my wife but they put only one towel.

The bathroom had a big leak from the toilet. They came to fix it but it still leaked everywhere. The staff was responsive and tried to sort it out. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and no nets.

Its a nice and economical hotel for work purpose. Its right on Churchil avenue with parking. Rooms are specious.

I stay 5 days in the hotel, staff are good and helpful but they have problems about the bathroom and changed the room four times due to this situation. The bathroom was leaking and also there is shortage of water. Two times there is no water.

I ordered omelettes from the kitchen most mornings. The WIFI internet service was very weak most of the time. Very frustrating when working on internet projects.

The wifi connection was either weak or not working. Was connected without internet.

The view was good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast wasn't very good. The bathroom had a plumbing problem and the floor was filling with waters every time we took a shower. Also the socket for the water boiler was inside the shower. They asked us to payoff in our check in because we used booking.com to book our stay! Of course we denied and we payoff in our check out.
