Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The gym and bar staff were good The rooms were dark an air con broken Pool small and undercover I got food poisoning whilst there They charged me an extra night then tried to take another £280 from My card once I had left

rooms were ok although terrible smell in one bathroom, which is only too comon in these countries terrible communication with the staff ahead of the stay - like the comm through bookins is not existent and the email on their website doesn't work. They make me wait until 2pm to checkin which is fair emough but they refused to at least do the paperwork at 1.30pm which makes that the desk staff changed at 2pm, I had to explain all over again and had to wait...for the room to be ready! the breakfast was one of the worst I ever had.

Staff were amazing throughout the hotel. Wifi was adequate for work and some video calls. Breakfast had some nice options, including the Ethiopian food options. Hot water and water pressure were very good and continuous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of places to sit and work or read. Views from the hotel are very good. Top floor restaurant/bar is a very nice place to relax and offers excellent views of the city. Some minor features of my room could be improved. There are hooks on the back of the door that are loose and the soap holder in the shower is not screwed in tight so it can't hold soap easily. The air conditioning unit did not produce air but this wasn't needed during my stay. Windows open allowing a nice breeze. The location is not central to the city centre and not the most pedestrian friendly for those who like to walk.

It was close to the airport. There is nothing Swiss about this hotel. The staff and management made this visit horrible. The staff team miscommunicated details included in my booking and would not own up to their own mistakes but kept asking me to pay more. I have never been in a hotel where the manager summons me to his office, makes me wait while he talks on the phone and then asks for my loyalty as a customer to his hotel…. All because of an issue with breakfast. Beyond that; the shower would flood every time I took a shower, the hot water worked only 50% of the time, it took us 90 minutes to receive our dinner despite being the only guests in the Restaurant. The fridge on the room was broken and made loud noises(I asked three times for it to be fixed, but it was never fixed). After being fed up with the hotel service, I decided to bring take out pizzas to my room. The receptionist saw the pizzas in my hand and insisted I sign a non-liability waiver… unfortunately they didn’t actually have such forms and asked me to sign a blank piece of paper that they would later print the text on to. They would not understand why I refused to sign a blank piece of paper. I eventually just walked off and enjoyed my dinner in my room.
