Value for money. Very clean and spacious rooms Breakfast options were limited.

The customer experience was superb. The hotel facilities were also very good.The hotel also provided us with transfers to and from the venue of the conference. It was hospitality at its best. And the rooms are spacious and clean. they have a salon , a gymn and massage parlor.The responsiveness of the staff was also proactive and impressive. the flooding in the neighbouring area which i understand was entirely out of their control.

Cleanliness, staff hospitality, courtesy airport shuttle and the hotel picked me and dropped me off to my conference venue everyday. It flooded one of the days and water got into the building

The breakfast was good, the staff of the hotel were excellent, very hospitable, friendly, very ready to assist us at anytime. The day and night managers are super nice, the night manager Mr Temsegen Melaku was excellent always ensuring clients are confortable and well taken care of by the staff. The hotel is clean, quiet with great services at the spa. My stay at Sidra exceeded my expectations. The drivers Binyam, Teckla were very serviceable and polite. We built a family at Sidra International Hotel. Anytime I am in Addis I will stay at Sidra. Ethiopians are super nice, I miss the staff of Sidra with their beautiful smiles. The internet was at times slow especially after the rains.

The staffs were nice and cooperative. The local food from the restaurant was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. One of the security guards was somehow rude. They need to trained to be friendly with the guests.

Staff are welcoming, helpful and work hard to meet our requests. Beds are extremely comfortable and environment is peacefully quiet. Also the shower was amazing. Room was very clean too. Chechebsa is delicious and leg massage was the best many thanks to the spa staff. Breakfast food options could be more. Especially international foods like sausage, cheeses and baked beans. Tea and milk were not accessible. Had to verbally request for these which took a while to prepare. By the time the tea and milk was served, we had nearly finished eating. Better to prepare beforehand and leave it on the table for people to pick/pour out themselves. Also attempted to order fries and fruit juice for room service but was told there wasn't any potatoes left or that the juice machine wasn't working which was the case for a while.

Everything was great, special the beautiful service. Everyone greeting you with beautiful humour❤️

The bed, space, breakfast, friendly accommodating and caring staff Sauna and steam need a refurbish very dated and worn. Can't take outside food to your room, they say you will be charged not that we were... For us location was a bit of a distance from Bole.

The manager and staff members tried to Rob me physically, and my wife was with me also the taxi driver that referred me was the managers friend once he knew my watch was expensive they put together a coo to get it. No hot water, they locked me out of my room. Although it was paid for o would advise you not to send anyone there.. I have photos and my wife is a witness

The room was spacious, which initially gave a positive impression. The bedsheets were dirty and old, the only towel provided was filthy, and the mattress was stained. My wife had to dry herself with her clothes due to the poor cleanliness. The bathroom smelled of mold, the sink was fully blocked, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The soundproofing advertised was non-existent—we could hear dogs barking all night and the local mosque at sunrise. The gym only had one working machine, and the reception staff seemed upset that we booked a 70% cheaper rate through Booking.com. Additionally, the laundry service was outrageously expensive, and staff hung up on me when I inquired about it.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable There were a lot of cockroaches in the room that appear at night

So clean rooms and the staff was so polite

Rooms were very small and we thought we could use the "couch" for our third person but ended up needed to pay for an extra bed.

Value for money, friendly staff Noise by other clients who came with their children, but was quiet at night
