The breakfast have a nice taste customer service is really bad breakfast was so late also they have no manner especially in the restaurant they took so long to deliver any order

The location and some of the staff. The place is really old and needs refurbishing, the rooms need proper cleaning before guests arrival! The hotel bus driver charged us around 1800 Ethiopian birr just to take us around 5 KM to a new place, where we were told that its a free shuttle service, and was not happy with the 1800 we gave him!!

All the staff was polite. Especially the operations manager Ms. Tsega went out of her way to help me. She was especially very kind and hospitable. The location is nice and the building and rooms are new and clean. I think the hotel will do much better if they can hire more experienced and better English speaking staff.

The room was okay and the staff very friendly, but they struggle to understand English. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, which was at a high standard. The spa was also excellent. My colleague also struggled to get picked up at the airport and the driver was unfriendly. Although there were some very good aspects of the hotel unfortunately what I remember is the negative ones. I would avoid staying here again.

Breakfast was great! Stayed in a queen room which was very clean and the bed was really comfy! I used the steam and sauna too which was great after a long day and included in the price! I paid for a massage which was also amazing and well worth it. We were filming in Ethiopia for business and overall everyone had a great stay and it was well worth the price. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport so was very convenient.
