I had stayed one night with my partner and they had given me good room but unfortunately in the room there was so much cockroaches even on the bed also when we complaints against this after that they have given the room opposite site there was good room also when we asked about wifi then they said you have to come at ground floor to collect the user id and password. This is not fare even in the morning we went to have our breakfast there was no buffed and also when i asked about breakfast actually i wanted to have egg and other tings they said you can order only one things that is also not good. Totally I can say I will never come back to that Emmad Hotel even Receptionist was also not good. You know why I had stayed there was my office next to Emmad that is why. TOTALY BAD , AND WROST EXPERIENCE . I DONT LIKE ANY THING IN EMMAD HOTEL TOTTALY BAD

There is nothing unfortunately There is nothing good. The furniture is old and dilapidated. The electricity plugs are broken. There is no working kettle. A kettle was sent and it does not work. My account is 36 dollars. They insisted on paying in dollars. I paid 100 dollars. They returned only 4700 birr in the local currency instead of 8000 birr. Cockroaches everywhere in the room and bathroom

Staff is good and try to help Rooms old and not renovated. Bathroom old rusty, water leaks out of bathroom. Had to request towel, room was too cold I almost got sick o had to request extra blanket, no kitchen I couldn’t get dinner. Old furnitures even bed was causing me to sneeze, tv has no English channels
