The hotel was beautiful and I loved that we had a balcony on our room. When we showed up, they found out we were residents and told us we could've gotten a $100 discount. But, they should've refunded us money. Thats the way to keep a customer. But they told us we could've gotten a discount and they didn't give us anything to make up for that perk.

Very spacious and comfortable room, in very good condition and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing. The service throughout the hotel was consistently great, with staff always attentive and professional. We also really enjoyed the restaurants and the breakfast, which offered good quality and variety. Overall, everything contributed to a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. There was nothing significant that we did not like during our stay. Everything went very smoothly, and we were satisfied with the room, service, and facilities overall.

I loved the breakfast. Everyone was incredibly polite. I wasn’t feeling well and housekeeping knocked on the door to see if I needed anything cleaned. When he saw I didn’t feel well, he asked if I wanted water. It was incredibly kind! I would have liked a map of the campus.
